Erin and Ben’s wedding, shot by Unusually Fine Photography is full of bright fun details! My favorite things are Erin’s bouquet and those fabulous bright parasols. And I’ve got to say…bright red orange ties are fabulous.

Photographer Mikaela Rudhner sent over these images of Anna and Israel’s simply sweet wedding and I’m so excited to share them! That bouquet…it moved my good mood meter up AT LEAST three notches. The best part is, the bouquet was put together by Anna’s best friend on the morning of the wedding. UM? Yeah. DIY Flowers…Anna proves sometimes, it really can be done! Photographer Abigail Seymour is about to rock your world. Melissa and Walter’s mountain wedding at Lake Eden was so absolutely gorgeous, I feel a bit like I’ve won the lottery because I get to share it here first! Everything from the eclectic wildflowers, to the eucalyptus wreath around the dainty cake, to the insanely beautiful light infused portrait session is absolutely perfect. This wedding infuses wild rustic elements with soft feminine touches and I just can’t get enough. Special thanks to Abigail Seymour for sharing these with us. Her work is always so incredibly lovely. Like I said, today, I won the lottery.
Abigail tells us a few details about Melissa and Walter’s wedding:
The huppah under which they said their vows was made from a vintage lace tablecloth that belonged to Melissa’s grandmother, and was carried by their bridal party via tree branches found that morning in the woods. She and Walter chose to see each other beforehand, and then immediately after the ceremony they took a private, ten-minute walk through the woods. They wisely understood how easy it is to spend the whole wedding together without really getting a chance to stop and appreciate what has happened.
So many lovely, thoughtful details: the escort cards were clipped to a yellow Schwinn bicycle, the theme of which was echoed in the boxed chocolate wedding favors. There was old-fashioned cornhole to play, frisbees to be thrown, beachballs and bubbles for the kids, and a { kick-a** band } that has played the { LEAF festival }, on whose hallowed ground the whole shindig took place.

Stephanie and Kylan’s wedding has so many pops of color! It’s a perfect midweek summertime treat. Photographer Sarah Rhoads shared these images with us and I’m hoping they’ll be a nice little pick-me-up. (That is…if you are in need of one).
Eva and Ryan’s gorgeous wedding shot by Anjuli of Photo Orange Photography is rustic, earthy, and absolutely beautiful! I love Eva’s dress…love her bouquet…love the colors…I just love it all!
It’s rather unusual that I get a chance to see a beautiful mountain wedding, so it’s always exciting when one pops up in the inbox. Jen and Toffy’s wedding, shot by Floataway Studio, has a really unassuming, simplicity to it. The scenery at Parallax Restaurant at McCoy Station on Mammoth Mountain naturally lends itself to a rustic sensibility.
Here’s a little info about the wedding from the bride:
We did almost everything ourselves, from the welcome bags to the wood veneer programs, song books, invitations, Save the Dates, rehearsal dinner invitations, etc. We also decorated the church and reception sites ourselves the day before and the morning of the wedding.My friend Danny made the toffee favors from scratch, and Toffy’s parents donated all the brownies in the welcome bags and at the reception hot cocoa station from their bakery Sugar House in the Philippines. All the vintage books were discards from my high school library. The birch accents were collected by my dad in Ohio and flown out along with all the mason jars and vintage/antique bottles on the reception tables.

Photographer Shannen Norman sent over these pictures from Candice and Geoff’s wedding and I’m so thrilled. Sometimes, couples are so dang adorable, I can’t help but share their wedding. Candice’s short dress is so chic, and I absolutely adore the long ribbon trailing from her bouquet. I also love how creative the ceremony area is, with a bevy of ribbons adorning the sky. Oh…and letting your bridesmaids pick their own dress? Honestly…BEST thing ever. Bravo to wedding coordinator Amanda from In The Now Weddings and Events for helping design such a lovely wedding.
I don’t think it’s possible for the Marvimon House to produce an ugly wedding. I think it’s a conspiracy of some sort. While I work on figuring out the conspiracy, take a look at these beautiful details sent over by Annie McElwain. Are you ready for the most glorious fall foliage ever? Oh my goodness. My jaw dropped when I saw these incredible shots by Richard Ellis Photography with Greg Gibson Photography. These images look like they came straight out of a movie. I mean really. I sooooo wish for a fall wedding!
