Hi! My dress is by Nicole Miller, the belt is a separate piece. My shoes I found on endless.com their by Kelsi Dagger and as for the tree I actually drew it myself! Thanks everyone!

Oops, I see now where Eva posted saying that she made it. Would you ever consider making another? My wedding is in March.
